Welcome to America

They are in America. Not quite to Nashville yet, but they have cleared Customs and are on a train headed here. We will have the grand unveiling on Friday. We are so excited. We will open the container for the first time and really see what we have gotten on Friday. Keep checking the site because we will have video of the unveiling soon.

2009 BMW K Series to 1300cc

BMW K1000S

The K1300S benefits from 136cc more power, with BMWs other superbike cranking out 175 horsepower.

BMW K1000R

The distinctive front end of the K1300R defines the naked version of BMWs revamped K series.

BMW K1000GT

The improved engine capability of the K motor figures to enhance the already solid GT touring platform. Tuned for power output on the lower end, the K1300GT taps out at 160 hp at 9000 rpm and 99 lb-ft of torque at 8000 rpm. Again, engine changes carry over with the other K models. ABS comes standard, with ESA II and ASC optional. Also changed is a new adjustable windscreen.

SALMAN KHAN ADDS HAYABUSA TO HIS COLLECTION OF SUPERBIKES

The Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who is also the brand Ambassador for Suzuki two-wheelers, is a passionate biker and is known for his fabulous collection of motorcycles. Bollywood Superstar Salman Khans love for bikes is nothing new and he has been famous for his love for bikes since his early days of fame. Salman Khan said, "One of my earliest superbikes was a Hayabusa and its one of my absolute favorites. This new one is an absolute beauty."

Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) and Ms. Anu Anamika, National Head – Marketing, SMIPL presented the bike enthusiast, Salman Khan, with the legendary “Black” Hayabusa. This comes shortly after the superstar acquired another masterpiece from the Suzuki shed – a limited edition blue Intruder M1800RZ.

This gesture serves as a token of acknowledgement of the value Salman has added to our brand. The Hayabusa is world renowned for its state-of- the-art technology. His collection of bikes includes variants from mass bikes to superbikes. He has also used Suzuki bikes in his movies like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Ready’ and ‘Dabangg2’. We are honored to add another Suzuki masterpiece to his collection.”
